The look selected for today belongs to the Fall Winter 2010 fashion show for Roberto Cavalli.
In his boho style, Roberto Cavalli has created a hippy chic collection for this winter. Harem pants, flowing tulle backless dresses, brocade military jackets, fur coats, embroidered long dresses in animal print, in a vintage and glamorous version for her. For men, the italian designer proposes a statement look with a mix of stripes and squares, leather and fur jackets or in a XXL version, velvet blazers and high necks.

Inspired in sky, scuba diving and color aesthetics of Bahaus, Riccardo Tisci launched a glamorous collection. For the feminine look, the designer created neoprene bodysuits, camel coats, organza and transparent shirts, miniskirts in velvet, smokings in satin, dresses with feathers and zippers, ties and gloves. For men, Tisci proposes black pants and shorts combined with white shirts and fur jackets. A gothic chic collection in nude, black and red.

Here we present two contrasting looks but otherwise in Bringing the underwear outerwear, a trend that has already past season. The look has a strong masculine presence of sweaters and knits in cotton total look. Pants in cotton knit and are a very strong element present in various brands for this winter, combining with wool or even a jacket to look more formal. The look worn by Sasha Pivovarova have gold as the predominant element. The glare and the metals follow the trend of an image characteristic of the 80 represented here but with cuts and eyeliners that accentuate the curves enables the female body image characteristic of the 50s, where the ostentatious display of female beauty are the main purpose.

For this season, Donna Karan was inspired in schoolgirl sixties look. For her, mini pleated skirts, cardigans, belted boyfriend jackets, high collars, handkerchiefs, stockings and tights of wool. A collection in camel and gray, with colorful graphics notes from Bauhaus and Mondrian paintings. The male look is relaxed and cool. Silver or black suits, combined with striped shirts, squares, hooded jackets or oversized.

The last collection by Alexander McQueen is inspired in medieval poetry and religious iconography: angels and demons in Bosch jacquards, embroideries and gold drapes. For her, the designer proposes long cropped and majestic dresses, pleated skirts and tulle embroidered sheaths, in gold, red and black. For men, Alexander McQueen has created an extravagant and retro look. Suits combined with fur coats, fell and unusual prints characterize this collection.
